 Transportation Terms & Conditions 

1. General Policy

Transportation services are provided to enhance your travel experience in Jamaica. Our drivers and partners strive to deliver safe, comfortable, and timely service. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Independent Contractor Acknowledgment

Transportation providers operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the excursion company, travel agency, or booking platform. Each driver or service provider is responsible for maintaining their own vehicle, licenses, and insurance as required by Jamaican law.

3. Liability Disclaimer

By booking transportation, you acknowledge and agree that:

· The excursion company, travel agency, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, or losses resulting from the actions or negligence of independent drivers or third-party providers.

· You assume all risks associated with transportation, including road conditions, traffic delays, or unforeseen events.

· In the event of an accident, mechanical issue, or dispute, claims must be directed to the individual transportation provider or their insurer.

4. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are required to:

· Always wear seatbelts where available.

· Be ready at the agreed pickup time to avoid additional wait charges.

· Respect local laws, driver instructions, and vehicle safety rules.

· Secure personal belongings: the company is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

5. Cancellations & Delays

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. While every effort is made to ensure punctual service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond control.

6. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events such as natural disasters, government actions, strikes, accidents, or other conditions outside its reasonable control.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with your booking or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
